RICK ARCHER
Rick Archer is a Senior Principal and founding partner of Overland Partners Architecture + Urban Design, a Texas-based architecture group. He served as Overland’s CEO from 2016 to 2023. With Overland, Rick has worked on many incredible projects around the globe. These include The Ladybird Johnson Wildflower Center in South Austin, and Ellsworth Kelly’s Austin at the Blanton Museum of Art on the UT Austin campus, where he graduated in 1979. Rick was also voted on Forbes Principal-America’s Best-In-State Residential Architects and Top Residential Architects Lists in 2025. His most recent endeavor is that he was just appointed this year, the Dean of Belmont University’s O’More College of Architecture and Design.
